Gyros Consultancy Group is a 100% Aboriginal-owned consultancy based in Dubbo, Western NSW.
Founded and led by Sheena Olsen, a proud Ngemba/Kunja woman, we partner with government, non-government, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to deliver research, evaluation, strategy, and facilitation that is grounded in deep community knowledge and shaped by lived experience of the systems we work to change.

Sheena Olsen
Ngemba/Kunja Woman
Sheena Olsen is a proud Ngemba/Kunja woman with over 15 years of experience across child protection, community research, and cultural consultancy.
With more than six years of dedicated business consultancy, research and evaluation experience, Sheena has worked extensively with government agencies, universities, and Aboriginal community organisations to deliver culturally grounded insights and meaningful change.
Sheena founded Gyros Consultancy Group to carry forward the advocacy of those who came before, ensuring that Aboriginal children, families, and communities shape the systems that shape their lives. She is also the founder of Oyster Tribe Aboriginal Corporation.
